Common Habits That Can Eventually Turn Into Full Blown Mental Disorders

Everyone has a bad habit or two (or more) that they’re less than proud of. Most of these quirks, like overthinking, obsessing over our phones, and complaining, are not only common, but harmless for the most part. It’s not until we let these habits get the better of us that we risk developing an actual mental disorder. It’s interesting to see how common ticks could lead to such uncommon psychological issues. The mind is a powerful thing, as well as a slippery slope. When giving into an impulse, one must be conscious that they’re not crossing the line between a habit and a problem.
