Ways We Trigger Our Own Anxiety

Anxiety is a mental illness that affects nearly 40 million people in the US alone.  People experience their symptoms differently, and some may be worse off than others.  While anxiety can be treated, there are also ways that you can avoid making it worse.  Certain things we do may be triggering our anxiety, and we don’t even know it. Here, we examine ways in which we trigger our own anxiety.
